The Guardians was a very unique event, because unlike most events, KLEVR wasn’t on the ground floor of producing this event. Instead, we were brought on 57 days before the event started.

Up until this point, the venue has been secured, the vendors have been contracted, and the speaker line up included a wide variety of celebrities such as Natasha Graziano and Gary Vaynerchuk.

Thaddeus Gala, who represented the event, knew that he wanted to deliver an all-star experience for his community and his speakers, but did not know if he had the proper man-power to ensure this events success.

KLEVR was brought on to solve 2 major problems

1. Event Production in terms of capturing the amazing content
2. Providing reinforcements and management to the team who had already started the process of coordinating this event before the introduction of KLEVR

KLEVR immediately took action and started by creating a series of pre-event content to advertise the speakers, the line-up, and the location. Doing so peaked new eyes and interest and secured thousands of dollars in ticket sales within only the first 2 weeks of KLEVR’s introduction to the team.

We then started doubling down on every single contract the original event team had already created and began renegotiating and leveraging our brand reputation to bring these numbers down significantly to save additional tens of thousands of dollars off the budget, even in the last 60 days.

Once we got on site, KLEVR provided a full 15-person team to help with guest entry, guest management, production, and overseeing the entire event process; especially when Gary Vaynerchuk came to town.

To respect our celebrity speakers, KLEVR created secret tunnels and walkways that would protect our speakers from getting swarmed by raving fans and would allow them to navigate the venue more effectively. We met our celebrity speakers with respect, and they loved us. Ensuring Gary Vaynerchuk got to his room safely, got on stage on time, and ultimately enjoyed his experience with the Guardians was a top priority.

While all of this was happening, we were also capturing the whole event. By the end of the event, the content was masterfully recorded and repurposed to several micro-content. The speakers were thrilled from the seamless production, the attendees were thrilled with the energy KLEVR brought to the room, especially when we brought out 2 production lights to the beach and created an unplanned rave party for everyone to be a part of and enjoy.

The overall feedback from the event was that all of the energy came from the KLEVR team and that the event would not have been the same without KLEVR.

Our sales theme led Thaddeus to have an additional $400,000 in offer sales in the back of the rooms not only making this event extremely profitable but also successful.

At the end of the day, our attendees returned home safely, our speakers with impressed with the event, and Thaddeus is looking forward to running The Guardians Annual Retreat 2 next year with KLEVR.
