We are now back with another banger of an event, Ali Awad’s 2nd installment for The CEO Lawyer Summit, but we have an even bigger problem now.

At this point in time, COVID restrictions have lessened and it has become much easier to operate events compared to the restrictions that were in place in our previous CEO Lawyer Summit in 2021. However, the problem we are facing now is that Ali wants to go bigger. And we mean BIGGER.

For the last event, we had managed to secure a venue that could accommodate 350 attendees at any given point in time, however, Ali is now aiming to have The CEO Lawyer Summit 2022 have a total of 575 in-person attendees. 225 more than the previous event.

Now the biggest problem we had here was finding a venue that could house that many people in one single location. It would be a logistical nightmare. However, that won’t be enough for us here at KLEVR to provide everything that Ali needs, as we do our best to find a solution to every problem.

Apart from that, Ali even had more requests such as a completely free merch store, a high-stakes ping pong tournament, and a rockstar lineup of professional and celebrity speakers, and to top it off, we had to ensure that the whole hotel venue was completely covered in all of the CEO Lawyer brandings. From the walls to the ceiling to the windows, to the hotel foundations, to the elevators, to the stairs, literally, everything needed to be wrapped in the CEO Lawyer branding.

Amidst all of these challenges, we here at KLEVR pushed on to get what our client came to us for, a successful event.

We made sure to ask Ali what he at least had in mind for the event venue because once we have a concrete idea of where Ali wants to host his next event, it will make everything else easier to follow and account for.

After deciding where we would hold the next event, Ali decided that he wanted to go with something familiar, he wanted to host the 2nd installment of the CEO Lawyer Summit in The Westin Peachtree Hotel in Atlanta, just like last time.

We were aware that the Westin Peachtree Hotel would be able to house about 350 attendees in one of their conference halls, but to account for 575 total attendees this time would be a problem. So… what we decided to do is not just rent out the same venues of the hotel that we had last time, we needed to go BIGGER. We rented out the WHOLE HOTEL.

With that taken care of, we began our operation of decorating the whole hotel with the CEO Lawyer branding. We really wanted to make sure that the attendees felt that they were in a completely different environment, an environment that would encourage them to network, grow, learn, share, and connect with different people.

We have also secured a rockstar lineup of legal professionals, celebrity influencers, and billionaires. The attendees were definitely in for a treat with what they can expect to learn from attending this event.

To keep things exciting and diverse, we also held a ping pong tournament that would reward the overall champion of the tournament with a one-of-a-kind prize, a brand-new Rolex watch. Everyone raced to get a spot in the registration but in the end, there was only one winner, and that one person defeated the final boss, Ali, and won that brand-spanking new Rolex.

The event ended on an incredible note where all of the attendees were exposed to life-changing information and created long-lasting relationships with other attendees, and in some cases, the speakers as well!
