Ali Awad, the man behind one of the biggest online personal injury law firms in America, The CEO Lawyer. He specializes in helping individuals who have found themselves in an accident that has caused them to sustain personal injury and then provides these victims with the proper compensation that they deserve.

His well-known motto is “We don’t get paid unless you get paid!”

Apart from being a well-established personal injury law firm, he also runs a successful social media account. He has managed to bridge the gap between a more serious and old-fashioned industry with a more modern platform, which has provided him with an even larger reach and boost to his overall online business presence.

The problem that Ali had was that he wanted to host an event, but not just any event. A 350 in-person event at one of the most luxurious hotels in Atlanta. He also wanted to make this event accessible to everyone from different parts of the world by live streaming his event to thousands of people.

However, the challenge he faced was getting all of the pieces together, and what made it even more difficult was that at the time COVID restrictions were extremely tight making it difficult to essentially operate and host any event at any given capacity.

Here at KLEVR, we always strive to find the solution to your problem no matter how big or small they may be, we find ways. So, Ali reached out to us and asked if we could find a way to host his annual CEO Lawyer event even with the unbelievable pandemic restrictions that were imposed to live events at the time.

And so, we got started.

The first thing KLEVR had to do to ensure that we could properly run the event was to be aware of all the restrictions that were taking place and how we could work our way around these restrictions without essentially breaking them.

Permits were gathered, requests were submitted to authorities, and at last, we had all of the necessary documents, and followed all possible protocols that would allow us to get Ali’s event up and running.

The venue we secured was non-other than the incredible Westin Peach Tree Plaza in Atlanta. The venue was perfect for Ali’s massive event. The venue was large enough to accommodate all of Ali’s 350 attendees and had a separate room for the event team, providing a private space for VIP attendees, and lastly, a perfect open area that allowed all of the attendees to have a relaxing time during the night mixer.

We were also able to successfully broadcast this whole event without a hitch! Hundreds of thousands of people from across the world were able to take part in this event and learn from industry-leading experts in the comfort of their own homes.

All of the speakers were properly taken care of, given ample time to present their lesson, and to even allow them to connect with all of the attendees. It was an incredible experience for everyone where they had the opportunity to directly ask questions to the experts and get solutions that they would not be able to find anywhere else.

The consensus of the attendees was that this event was completely eye-opening. Apart from being introduced to new methods on how they can take their old-fashioned law firm into a completely new digital platform and get traffic for free was incredible.
