The Challenge

In April of 2021, The pandemic had reached an all-time high. Most live events had been canceled and many leaders in the industry were switching to virtual events as a fallback. At the time, there was a national mandate that more than 75 people couldn't be in a room together, and this is where most other companies gave up.

Scaling With Systems was adamant about letting attendees have their own choice on mask procedures, so finding a venue open to both sides would be critical. On top of the already difficult situation of keeping 300 people safely together during a pandemic, all while ensuring the debut event for SWSL was a massive success both from an experience and profit standby.

The Solution

We started by moving the venue to an open-concept parking garage (yes, a parking garage) we knew that by doing so we’d significantly reduce the risk of infection, and raise our in-person capacity to 200.

After approaching Ravi with our dastardly idea for his event, we got the approval and officially partnered for the first-ever Scaling With Systems LIVE.

With only 90 days to put it together, we combed through over 94 vendors, to transform a traditional parking garage into a bountiful never been done before experience! Featuring supercars, drones, open bars, VIP lounges, and custom stages, this venue because of a hallmark for the Scaling with Systems legacy. Not to mention was the first 200 person event hosted in South Beach that month.

Ravi also relied on us to walk him through the Klevr ascension model. An internal strategy we designed to organically ascend your community into our partner's incredible high-ticket offers without feeling too “salesy” or a “pitchfest. Klevr not only aided in designing the event offer, but how it was deployed, the tactics to convert members on-site, and the entire sales process.

Which brought in a whopping $1,200,000 in less than two hours.

Creating a massively successful event in a time where most people said it would be impossible.

Needless to say, Klevr has partnered with Scaling With Systems and will be their official event partner moving forward with SWSL2 and SWSL3.
