The Challenge

The Behavior Panel is comprised of the worlds top behavior profiler's, and is watched by over 600,000 subscribers weekly. Despite never meeting in person, the panel wanted to connect their community in-person for the first time ever. 


However, none of the four panelists has ever hosted a live event, only been talent performing at others. They needed a top down plan to design an event ecosystem that could support their community, while introducing new mentorship programs organically, all inside of an incredible experience. 


Their fear was described to us as ""creating a pilot event that disappoints the community, or feels cheap enough to be a one-off experience"" 


Their desire was to create an annual summit that fans, business professionals, and behavior-enthusiasts would attend year over year, growing to an eventual 1,000 person event.

The Solution

Klevr was chosen to design this debut experience. With 6 months out we immediately sought to secure a venue in Las Vegas that would house over 200 individuals, without distracting them with the many nuances found in Vegas.

We chose an off-strip location, prepared a single page lander that can be recycled year over year, created an transformation timeline, and sprinkled in a launch trailer to create a successful ticket launch

Klevr consulted The Behavior Panel to produce over 150 ticket sales worth over $225,000, breaking past the total event cost and putting the event at a 7% profit before start.

We curated a custom experience with graphics on the hotel elevators, floor signs, and even a custom key card attendees could use to check in! The element of omnipotent branding was largely at play, so much so other visitors in the hotel wondered how they could purchase tickets to attend as well!

Klevr aided with designing and conducting a proper offer presentation, This offer was a first of it's kind for the BP, we called it "The Behavior Boardroom" It generated an additional $170,000 during the event bringing the total event to almost $400,000 in total revenue.

When we asked the attendees what they enjoyed the most about the event, it was summarized as "The education, the food, and the PEOPLE are what makes BPL stand out from all other events!

Due to the success of the first event, Behavior Panel Live 2023 has been scheduled for July next year!
